2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account details — your name, email address, and password credentials, which are handled by our authentication provider.
• Content you upload — call recordings, meeting captures, and transcripts you or your organization submit to the platform.
• Data generated from your content — AI transcriptions, quality scores, summaries, and coaching insights produced by the service.
• Basic usage and device data — such as log information and general device details used to operate and secure the service.
• Essential cookies — used for authentication and session management.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide the service — including transcription, AI scoring, and analytics — to operate and secure accounts, and to support our customers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to deliver Grid5:

• Supabase — cloud hosting, database, and file storage.
• Deepgram — speech-to-text processing of your recordings.
• Anthropic — AI analysis, including scoring and insights.

Each provider processes your data only as needed to provide the service.

5. Multi-tenant isolation

Grid5 is a multi-tenant platform. Each company's data is segregated using row-level security, and access within your organization is role-based, so team members only see the data their role permits.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. Recordings and transcripts can be deleted from within the product, and deleted items are purged on a scheduled basis. You can request full deletion of your account and its data by contacting hello@grid5.ai.

7. Cookies

Grid5 uses essential authentication and session cookies only. We do not use advertising trackers.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@grid5.ai and we will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Call-recording responsibility

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording and consent laws when they record and upload conversations to Grid5, including obtaining any participant consent required in their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to this policy
