Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Grid5, the AI call quality assurance platform available at grid5ai.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. The service

Grid5 provides AI-assisted transcription, scoring, and analysis of customer conversations. The features available to you depend on the plan you have selected or agreed with us.

3. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@grid5.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and other data you upload to Grid5. You grant Grid5 a license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the legal right — including any participant consent required by applicable law — to record and upload the conversations you submit.

5. Acceptable use

When using Grid5 you agree not to:

• Upload unlawful content or use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access or breach another tenant's data.
• Reverse engineer the platform or otherwise abuse, disrupt, or overload the service.

6. AI outputs

Scores, summaries, and insights produced by Grid5 are AI-generated assessments and may contain errors. They are designed to support human judgment, and should not be used as the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, or legal decisions.

7. Plans and payment

Paid plans are volume-based and are agreed in your order form or other written agreement with us. Fees, billing terms, and usage limits are set out in that agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate as agreed under your plan. On termination, you may request an export of your data or its deletion by contacting hello@grid5.ai.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the same extent, Grid5's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders. If you have questions about these terms, contact us at hello@grid5.ai.
